Returns & refunds

Auro Stick is a personal-use hygiene product designed for oral use. For health and safety reasons, we’re unable to resell items that have been opened or used.

If you would like to request a refund, please contact our support team first so we can understand your situation and guide you through the next steps.

Where a return is approved:

  • Items must be returned to us

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Once received and inspected, a full refund of the product price will be issued

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
